Bussinly (Android package com.teamzlab.interviewbossplus) is an interview-practice app published by Teamz Lab LTD (“we”, “our”). This policy explains what the app collects, what never leaves your phone, and how to get everything deleted.
Practice interviews can be answered out loud, so the app asks for microphone access. Your speech is turned into text by the speech recognizer built into your own device’s operating system. We never receive, upload, or store the audio. Only the resulting text is sent to us, and only so we can give you feedback on the answer.
Because that recognizer belongs to Apple or Google rather than to us, their handling of the audio is governed by their own privacy policies. On some devices they perform the recognition on their servers. If you would rather not use speech at all, every interview can be answered by typing instead, and you can decline or later revoke the microphone permission in your device settings without losing access to the app.
When you attach a CV, the file is copied into Bussinly’s own private storage on your device. The file itself is never uploaded to us. What we store is that a CV exists and its filename, so the app can show it to you across screens. Deleting the app deletes the copy.
You can sign in with Google, with Apple, with an email address, or with a phone number verified by a one-time code. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). We store the account identifier, and whichever of email address, phone number and display name your chosen method provides.
You may also use the app as a guest without creating an account at all. A guest session still creates a record on our servers so your progress can be saved; section 8 applies to it exactly as it does to a full account.
We store the things the app exists to remember: your career profile and goals, the practice interviews you complete, your typed or transcribed answers, the feedback and scores generated from them, your course progress, and any certificates you earn.
Some written course answers are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter, Inc.) to be graded, because grading free-text answers is what the app is for. Only the answer text and the question it responds to are sent — never your name, email, phone number or CV. Scores for spoken and mock interviews are calculated on our own servers and are not sent anywhere.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and Firebase Analytics to understand which screens are used, so we can fix what breaks. These carry device and app information — model, operating-system version, app version, and a random installation identifier — not the contents of your interviews.
If you allow notifications, OneSignal, Inc. delivers them and holds a push token for your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or in the app, and the rest of the app keeps working.
Subscriptions are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store and managed for us by RevenueCat, Inc. Your card details are handled entirely by Google or Apple and are never seen by us or by RevenueCat. What we receive is whether a subscription is currently active.
You can delete your account from inside the app: open your profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, your practice sessions and answers, your course progress and your certificates from our servers, and signs you out of every device.
You can also request deletion without opening the app, at bussinly.com/data-deletion/, or by writing to emon.info2013@gmail.com. We complete requests within 30 days.
Records we are required to keep for tax and accounting — the fact and amount of a purchase, never its contents — are retained for as long as the law requires, and are held separately from anything that identifies what you practised.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Bussinly contains no advertising SDK of any kind. We share data only with the service providers named above, and only so they can perform the function described.
Bussinly is intended for people preparing for work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to receive a copy of it. Write to emon.info2013@gmail.com and we will act on the request within 30 days.
If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change reaches you. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated policy.
