These terms are between you and Teamz Lab LTD (“we”, “our”) and cover your use of the Bussinly mobile app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
You may use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Bussinly lets you practise job interviews, receive feedback on your answers, work through courses, and track your progress over time. Features may be added, changed or removed as the app develops.
Bussinly is practice material. It is not a recruitment service, a placement agency, or professional career advice. Nothing in the app is a promise that you will be offered an interview or a job, and scores shown in the app are a study aid, not an assessment any employer is aware of or bound by.
Answer feedback and grading are produced automatically, in part by AI systems. They can be incomplete, or simply wrong. Treat them as one opinion to practise against, not as fact, and use your own judgement before acting on any suggestion — particularly anything you plan to say to a real employer.
Parts of the app require a paid plan. Plans are sold and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, in the currency and at the price shown to you at the moment of purchase. We offer two kinds of plan, and they work differently — check which one you are buying before you confirm the purchase.
A recurring plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it.
A fixed-term pass (for example, a three-month Sprint pass) is paid once, runs for the length stated when you bought it, and then simply ends on its own. It does not renew, it does not charge you again, and there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own policies, not by us. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a plan. We may change prices; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to upload, or to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours. Do not resell access, scrape the service, or try to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Your answers, profile and any CV you attach remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the app for you — to store your content, show it back to you, and generate feedback from it. We do not use your content to advertise to you and we do not sell it. How it is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. Parts of it need an internet connection and depend on services we do not control.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches section 7, or where we are required to by law.
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
